When communication breaks down, tension becomes repetitive, or distance grows between you, working with the relationship as a system creates far deeper change than surface-level mediation.
This 4-week structured process provides both individual depth and joint integration.
Each cycle includes:
• Three individual sessions per partner (six sessions total)
• One joint session to integrate insights and strengthen communication
• Ongoing pattern tracking and guided relational feedback
Individual sessions allow each partner to unpack personal triggers, attachment patterns, and emotional responses in a contained space.
The joint session brings clarity, accountability, and practical tools for repair.

Trauma-Informed Coaching (TIR-Based)
My trauma-informed coaching approach incorporates Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) — a structured, person-centered method designed to help clients gently reduce the emotional intensity connected to distressing past experiences.
This process supports emotional clarity, insight, and regulation by allowing experiences to be explored in a safe and contained way.
For younger clients, I use age-appropriate TIR techniques that respect developmental readiness and emotional capacity, always within the scope of my wellness counselling qualifications.
For clients experiencing recurring emotional themes or life patterns, I may use Expanded TIR techniques to explore beliefs, triggers, and behavioural cycles that continue to impact present functioning.
As a Certified Somatic Body–Mind Practitioner, I integrate body-based regulation tools — such as grounding, breath awareness, and nervous system support — to assist clients in building resilience and restoring internal balance.

This work is rooted in a somatic, body-based approach to meditation and self-awareness, supporting emotional regulation, deeper self-connection, and personal growth.
Unlike traditional meditation that focuses mainly on the mind, somatic-based meditation gently brings awareness into the body — where stress, emotional patterns, and lived experiences are often held. Through embodied mindfulness and somatic awareness techniques, clients are supported in developing greater presence, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
